"I was very happy with the taxi and driver, however, I am not happy with Taxicode's service...
1. I booked a return but Pete's Taxis couldn't do the return journey but you didn't pass that on to me. It was only when I received an email from you confirming only the outward trip only that I phoned the taxi firm and they confirmed they could only do one journey - I then had to book with another firm - they only charged £15 for a six seater!
2. I did get a refund from you the the £35 return journey, thanks
3. You charged me £35 for the outward trip that should only cost £15 - this is unacceptable. Another six people in our party booked a six seater to the same place and they were only charged £15 out and £15 back
4. You would have charged me £70 for two trips that the local firms charge £30 for. I would like to hear from you why you charge an extra £40 for booking with you!

"The website could not cope with the address, no call back cam yet unsubscribed marketing emails came within an hour, and when I called a driver directly he said he wasn't working the day I needed and hung up. I won't be using the site again. Shame as it seems a good idea. "
